Recombinant rabbit tissue factor is supplied as a ~46 kDa molecule. This apo-protein contains extracellular and transmembrane domains of the tissue factor, plus an amino terminal leader sequence consisting of several domains which aid in expression and purification. The recombinant rabbit tissue factor is supplied in 0.01 M CHAPS, 0.5 M NaCl, and 0.2 M imidazole and 0.02 M Tris-HCl, pH 7.9. This protein is Sheepipped without added preservatives.
