Protein A/G affinity chromatography
Form/Format
The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at
Antibody Generation
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat immunized with purified mouse recombinant protein of IL-6R extracellular domain. The IgG2 fraction of the culture supernatant was purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 500 ug/ml.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70 degree C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 degree C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.
ISO Certification
Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Laboratory.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-IL-9 receptor antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Related Product Information for
anti-IL-9 receptor antibody
The specific high affinity functional IL-9 receptor complex contains the common gamma chain as well as the IL-9 receptor (IL-9 R). The mouse and human transmembrane proteins share 53% amino acid sequence identity. As a result of alternate splicing, cDNA clones encoding isoforms of IL-9 R, including a putative soluble form, have also been identified. Cells known to express IL-9 R include T cells, neutrophils, mast cells and macrophages.
