1. Our study showed that the additional deletion of Fa2h does not obviously affect the phenotype of Cgt-/- mice. This suggests that HFA-GlcCer and HFA-sphingomyelin do not functionally compensate the loss of HFA-GalCer in Cgt-/- mice.
