Store at 4 degree C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at-20 degree C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Small volumes of BTLA recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Description: BTLA produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 136 amino acids (31-157 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28kDa). BTLA is expressed with an 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

NECTIN3 is intended to initiate cell-cell adhesion to stimulate cell attachment and to allow subsequent formation of JAM-and cadherin-based intercellular junctions. NECTIN3 induces endocytosis-mediated down-regulation of PVR from the cell surface, which results in reduction of cell movement & proliferation. Following Nectin-3 activity adds strength to the junction through trans-interaction with various molecules. .
