Preparation and Storage
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20 degree C/-80 degree C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20 degree C/-80 degree C.
Other Notes
Small volumes of Ywhaz recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Related Product Information for
Ywhaz recombinant protein
Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner.

Research Articles on Ywhaz
1. When taken together these findings demonstrate novel roles of 14-3-3zeta in the regulation of glucose homeostasis and suggest that modulating 14-3-3zeta levels in intestinal L cells may have beneficial metabolic effects through GLP-1-dependent mechanisms.
