| Description |
The Human iPSC Culture Medium Kit is formulated and optimized for the induction of Human induced pluripotent stem cells from blood or fibroblasts, and long-term undifferentiated culture of iPS cells and embryonic stem cells (ESCs). The Human iPSC Culture Medium Kit has 2 components, the basal medium and the growth supplements to allow flexibility of daily culture. To make complete media, add the growth supplement to the basal media at a concentration of 20%. ABM’s Human iPSC Culture Medium is a serum-free system that supports proliferation and maintains multi-lineage differentiation potentials of iPSC. This media has been tested to support derivation of iPSC from cord blood CD34+ cells and long-term culture of CB iPSCs. |
| Sterility |
Each lot is tested for the ability to promote proliferation of human iPSC cells. All components are endotoxin free and negative for bacteria, yeast and fungi. |

Store Basal Medium at 2-8°C and Growth Supplements at -20°C. |
