This mouse monoclonal IgG3 was produced against a synthetic hapten, which is normally not present in humans or animals. Therefore, this mouse IgG3 does not react with any antigen of human or animal cells. In order to serve as a true negative control, this IgG3 should be used under the identical conditions and at the same concentration as NeoMarkers other purified mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibodies. This monoclonal IgG3 was purified from cell culture produced under the same experimental conditions as the other hybridoma cell lines of NeoMarkers.
