Concentration: Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot-specific concentration.
Immunogen: Normal human peripheral blood granulocytes
Species Reactivity: Human
Storage Buffer: The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium azide (NaN3)
Regulatory Status: RUO
Recommended Usage: CD16 clone GRM1, mAb is used for identify/enumerate human antigen (FcRIII). GRM1 recognizes NA2-FcRIIIb & FcRIIIa whereas clone 3G8 is an antipan FcγRIII. It′s effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM tests using ≤1 μg/106 cells.
Storage Instruction: Store in the dark at 2-8 °C

Large description: This antobody reacts with the CD16- antigen (the Fc gamma receptor II), which is expressed on granulocytes, NK lymphocytes and macrophages. The mobility of the CD16-antigen is dependent on the NA1/NA2 allotype of the neutrophil donor. The monoclonal antibody inhibits the binding of human IgG to the Fc gamma receptor II.
