This antibody reacts with the 45RB-antigen, a receptor is present on most hematopoietic cells and absent on non-hematopoietic cells. The CD45RB isoform is expressed on thymocytes, T cell subsets, B cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, and dendritic cells.
