CD64 clone 22, mAb identifies a human IgG (FcγRI) receptor expressed on mono, macro, DCs, granulo activated with IFN-j& early myeloid lineage cells. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM using ≤1 μg/106 cells.

This antibody reacts with the CD64-antigen and it binds to a CD64 epitope distinct from the ligand- and from the clone 32.2 antibody to CD64 epitope. It shows especially high affinity binding to human mononuclear phagocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes exposed to IFN-? or G-CSF. Its binding is not blocked in the presence of human IgG or immune complexes.
