Zinc
Finger Protein 689, Transcription-Involved Protein Upregulated in HCC 1, TIPUH1.
Zinc Finger Protein 689 (ZNF689) is a member of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. The ZNF689 protein contains 12 C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 KRAB domain. ZNF689 may be involved in transcriptional regulation.
ZNF689 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single,
non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 523 amino acids (1-500a.a) and
having a molecular mass of 59.3kDa.
ZNF689 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus
& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Escherichia Coli.
Sterile
filtered colorless solution.
ZNF689 protein solution (1.0mg/ml) containing 20mM
Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
