Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed) HRP
Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed) HRP is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to HRP. This antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of human IgG. Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed) is specific for the heavy chains of human IgG. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgM and IgA, mouse immunoglobulins and pooled sera. Cross reactivity may occur with IgG from other species. ?
