Goat anti Human IgM (species adsorbed)
Goat anti human IgM is supplied as an affinity purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti human IgM has been purified from pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgM. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgM covalently linked to agarose.
This antibody recognises human IgM heavy chain. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgG and IgA, and mouse, bovine and horse serum proteins. Cross reactivity may occur with IgM from other species.
