Goat anti human IgG Fc
Goat anti human IgG Fc is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti human IgG Fc has been purified from the pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG Fc covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti human IgG recognises the Fc region of human IgG. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgG Fab, IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
