Goat anti human IgG Fc FITC
Goat anti human IgG Fc FITC is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG Fc covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to FITC. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of human IgG.
Goat anti human IgG Fc is specific for the Fc region of human IgG. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgG Fab, IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
