Goat anti mouse IgG
Goat anti mouse IgG is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti mouse IgG has been purified from the pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with mouse IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti mouse IgG recognises the heavy chains of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgG3. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with mouse IgM, mouse IgA, human Immunoglobulins and pooled sera to reduce potential cross reactivity.
